Got a large pizza but its thinner than paper and after requesting “Light Sauce” the pizza turned out dryer than breadsticks. They literally put a few droplets which is not what LIGHT SAUCE MEANS. The pizza was also room temp as if they cooked it 30 minutes early.

I’ve posted a picture of the pizza I ordered from papa johns today. The cheese and the sauce don’t even cover the whole pizza. Not sure if you can tell by the picture but the pizza tasted like the dough was a day old. Pizza crust should have a crumbly crunch to it. The pizza also took over an hour and a half to deliver. When I called an hour into the wait I was told the pizza was on its way, but 10 minutes later I received a notice saying that door dash just picked up the order. If you can’t handle the amount of orders you receive please just tell me. I would rather just not get papa johns than receive this quality of service again. What happened to this companies quality assurance?

What is this?!?! Pizza toppings gs not equally distributed. Cheese not present in each slice, and the slices are so uneven that its laughable. My other pizza which I didnt take a pic of I had to finish cutting as it wasnt even properly cut. Only saving grace is the taste and the driver was friendly. I’d like to give them one more try, but honestly it’s likely I will not.

Ok first off food was good! And they young lady that got my food for me was very nice and professional! BUT…. When I walked in to get my food a young lady was coming from behind the counter the shortest of shortable to see her snot pocket. And at least 10 pounds of make up that was basically dripping off her face, hopefully it didn’t get on any of the food. But word of advice to this girl dressed like that it’s a papa johns not a strip club. you wanna make more tips being half naked there is plenty of strip clubs around please put some clothes on girl its 17 degrees outside! Very disappointed. We received cold pizza that was burnt, burnt garlic knots and burnt cheese sticks. They did not deliver my sauces I had paid for. After complaining,I received an email getting 20% off my next order. Seriously? I will not spend another dime on Papa John’s. And no refund offered on my sauces I paid for.

We ordered pizza and bread sticks for delivery. The pizza we did receive was good, and we have received good pizza from here before, but they forgot the bread sticks. When I called to have the bread sticks removed from our bill I was told they couldn’t do that but we would be eligible for free bread sticks next time we order. I highly doubt I’ll be getting free bread sticks without an argument so we simply won’t be ordering from here ever again.
