I ordered 3 orders of peppers. Now I don’t know if this is the normal order of 3 because I don’t work there. I can say this is far less than the other papa johns I’ve ordered from. Delivery was on time but I feel like I payed for less than I got.

Unfriendly and their pricing is apparently 100% online. They either wouldn’t tell the price on anything when I drove to their store to order in person or they couldn’t. The days of good customer service and treating the customer as a friend are over. Will never order from this location again.

Their hours are incorrect and instead of messaging you to cancel the order, you wait for hours and have to call YOURSELF to figure out they are never bringing the food. They made it to where I couldn’t order from anyone else. At least offer a discount or coupon when you make someone wait for nothing. I never leave a bad review but waiting an hour for no food is ridiculous.

Ordered through the app at around 6:30 pm for delivery and was notified that it would be a 2 hour wait, so I called the store and changed it to carry out. I was then notified that carry out would be an hour and a half. At 8:15 pm I pull up to see the only person working in the store locking the doors, turning off the lights, and going to hide in the back. Called the store, no answer. Called customer service who were also unable to get ahold of anyone at the store. As far as I’m concerned this is theft and if I could give zero stars I would. I prepaid for the food I ordered and was charged a delivery fee that should have been refunded when I changed my order to carry out. Not sure what happened to this place, but it has been going downhill for years and I will never be ordering from this store again. My advice to everyone, stay away.

I grow tired of placing orders to be delivered in the future, only to get them late. I placed an order this evening to be delivered at 7:30 PM. That order was placed somewhere around 6:10 PM but was not delivered to my house until 8:10 PM. The food is hot and tastes wonderful, but why should delivery be such an issue literally every time we order here?

This Papa Johns is one of the larger Stores I have been to, food and atmosphere is great and the in and out times are reasonable, same thing with their deliveries. As always the food is good just like any other Papa Johns!! Always recommend papa Johns

We called once and tried to place an order and were told it would be a three hour wait. Decided not to place an order, chalked it up to being a busy night, and gave this location some grace. Today we decided we would get a pizza from here again. We placed an order around 4:15 for 6:15. At the time the order was placed we were told it might be closer to 6:30 because of other orders scheduled for pick up at 6:15. We said “okay, no problem.” I arrived at 6:25 to pick up the order only to be told it would be another 20+ minutes. It took an additional 40 minutes for me to receive the order. Disappointed is an understatement. Why take the time to give the establishment another chance, schedule well in advance, and be flexible when I still end up having to wait? Cashier was less than friendly about their error and certainly was not apologetic. It goes without saying they didn’t even bother to offer any discount, compensation, or even an acknowledgement of their error. We will not be purchasing from this establishment again.

Speed and service have certainly declined. App said pizza was ready but waited over half hour in the store to pick it up as it wasn’t even made yet. Feel like they are turning into a sales volume system instead of feeding the customer.
