The new pizza bowls are great. Easy to customize, plenty of options and a big portion. Although there are many pizza places around, this Pap Johns location always get it right. I will take consistency over surprised good anytime.

Placed carry out and I was an hour and a half late picking up. Order was taken out by mistake as delivery I presume. They remade the pizza within 10 minutes.

This is the second and last time we will use Papa John’s. When we call, we leave detailed delivery instructions. They gave out phone number, obviously. However, I guess it is easier just to leave it sit outside our garage door….twice. Really? When I called back to tell them that is was sitting outside the garage, and the driver did not call, the manager was very rude. I’m making a phone call to their corporate office.

Randomly cancels orders. Says no drivers are available at 11am-12pm. Doesn’t cancel until 30mins have gone by. Lies about making attempts to call you, and says your number is invalid. Rude and stonewalling when confronted using the same number listed on the account. Incompetent.

Quality has seriously slipped beyond repair. We order pizza regularly because it’s an easy fix. I’d bet we order pizza at least 6-8 times each month and it’s always to feed others. The point of this is that it’s easy to overlook some quality issues if it’s just the wife and I, but seeing the people you’re buying pizza for disappointed when the order arrives is a whole other thing. Tonight we ordered one of their new New York style pizzas, one called “The Works”, and chicken wings. Each pizza barely has anything on it. Very little pepperoni on the NY style pizza. The one called “The Works” had very little on it and shouldn’t be called “The Works” at all. Not even close. Especially when you’ve spent nearly $50 bucks for the lot after including a tip. Speaking of tips. Here’s mine. Until this store places quality high on their list of things to achieve, buy your pizza and wings somewhere else. Some frozen pizzas are far better than what was delivered tonight.

Not good! Waited 1.5 hours said it was delivered. Never came. Said they could re-make it, and deliver it in another 35-40 minutes, and still pay full price. Don’t order!

On January 12th, two thousand twenty two, I ordered a double order of bone in wings with the sauces on the side. Medium well. Before this location closed on this evening. After I perceived that this was taking too long, I called. This location’s vm said that they were closed. After trying feverishly to relay my displeasure to this location ( without success), I finally got a hold of “a manager.” She said to me that my order was voided (to absolutely no knowledge of mine). And that my money would be refunded to me in two days. Today. No refund still. But more importantly… As a paying customer. I feel like I did not get what I paid for. God willing, this location will do better for their loyal customers.
