I had a business presentation to give at an evening session at the college. Ordered in advance and had a great experience. Timely delivery of pizza, soda, and necessities. The driver delivered to an on campus building that didn’t have a set address. Everything was very well coordinated and it made my evening event go exceptionally well.

Update: after 3 months, decided to give this location another try since I had Papa John’s while traveling for business in Cleveland and it was fantastic. I ordered a few pizzas from Marietta location with extra toppings and it was excellent, plenty of toppings and they tasted great…still fairly pricey, but that’s everything under Bidens presidency. Will be using them again. Original post- Maybe its because of inflation and cost going up, but lately, when ordering extra toppings, they are even more sparingly used. Got a large 4 topping pizza, and counted like 4 mushrooms and couldn’t even find an onion on the whole pie! I know the more toppings you put on, the less you get, but to have so few for the added cost isnt worth it. Still great tasting though.

I tried to order thru the website and it never showed my order went thru, so I downloaded the app and ordered the exact same order no issues. Not 5 mins later I got a call making sure my order was just 1 order and not 2. They went out of their way to make sure my order was correct and to me that’s going the extra mile! Thank you guys!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza at 5:30 and was told it would be delivered in an hour. I called to check on the status an hour and half later and was screamed at by the manager and was told it would be another 20 minutes until my pizza was out of the oven. Was not offered a discount or a refund because of the inconvenience. I will be taking my business from Domino’s from now on.

Absolutely do not order from here. I was told they would have my order ready in 15 minutes, so I was there in 15 minutes. They proceeded to tell me that they had messed up and my pizza wasn’t gonna be ready for 50 additional minutes. After 50 minutes I went back and they still didn’t not have my pizza. They said they would put it in the oven now, so in the hour and 5 minutes I had waited they hadn’t even put my pizza in the oven yet!!!! So frustrating that people just can’t do their jobs they get paided for!
