Over an hour 1/2 for A pepperoni pizza to be delivered on a Wed. This is why I will NEVER pay over the phone and pre tip……from now on I’ll go to Krogwrs and just make it at home,for ALOT less money and zero frustration. Papa John’s has been my favorite pizza regardless of what state I’ve lived in. They always have amazing ingredients and delicious pizza dough. I love stuffed crust. Avalanche is good also, and local. I usually order from Avalanche. However, Papa John’s had a shorter wait time so that was nice to have. Will continue to order from Papa John’s if I need to order from a chain. Better ingredients, better pizza!

I just want the GM/Owner to know how your customers are being treated by your local staff, which provide money for you. Upon entering I am greeted not with a smile or hello but an angry gaze and a slamming of trays as if I, the CUSTOMER, is an inconvenience. “How dare a customer enter the business in order to pick up his pizza…” that is the energy I was greeted with and the reaction if reciprocated would have gotten me called ignorant and trespassed. There is no reason for an angry middle aged woman to lash out at customers for entering the building. Body language and behavior is enough to make one feel uncomfortable and unwanted. If I had not promised my kids some pizza I would have let her waste some company money and let my order sit since I have not yet paid for it and gotten placed on the block list with no issues. Tonight Papa John’s in Athens lost a customer, I know its only $20 but I hope others feel the same as I do and spend their money somewhere else, like any other competitor who actually might treat you like a customer.

Nice folks. Offered paper plates and napkins to go with pizzas. I was 30 minutes late to pick up pizzas but they were still good and hot under heat lamps waiting for me to pick up. Very convenient location.

Never ever had a problem out of Pa Pa John’s. The food is always great when I order from here. I choose this place over any other pizza place around Athens Co. to be honest. Only way Ill eat pizza, is if it’s by Pa Pa John’s. People who work here are respectful towards my family & I so definitely 5 stars from me.

Last two times I was there was terrible. Wrong toppings two weeks ago and this week the delivery driver took my pizza by mistake so I had to wait while they made me one.

I have a very large family and placed a fairly large order. The woman who took my order was an absolute sweet heart. She was very patient with me and accommodated all of my requests. She even helped my daughter with carrying it out. Sometimes it’s the little things that really matter. This woman’s kindness meant the world that night. Truly cannot thank her enough.
