That said their website is down and so is the app. When I called in and tried to order the person answering was robotic and wouldnt give an estimated time. We have never had any issues with order or delivery at the New Boston, Oh Papa John’s. We use online ordering which is super easy and can track the progress of our order including delivery. Our order is always accurate, the delivery quick and the food is hot. You should teach a class to many of the other restaurants in this area, they could stand to take a lesson or two.

My food was great, fresh and hot. It came in like 20 mins or less. But the reason why I didn’t give 5stars is because no one speaks when you walk in the door. Everyone just look up at you and turn their heads. I want my food fresh of course but I love Customerservice as well. So I won’t be returning back to this location because of that! The Philly Cheese steak Papadia is the bomb! The Parmesan Bread Sticks the best! The Brownies are excellent! The pizza and garlic butter is awesome! We have had the bbq wings and they are very good!
