Place is ran by druggies and degenerates. Aside from the driver Chris O. If you wonder why you always get a foreigner on the phone when you call, it’s because the owner decided that rather than employ local people to answer the phones and take orders, it’s somehow easier & better to outsource that job overseas to a call center full of people speaking broken muffled English . I’ll never understand it. This place is just a hollow shell of what it once was. It used to be owned operated and managed by totally different people until about 2 years ago. You can really tell how downhill it has gone. Sad really.

I called the store 25 minutes prior to my order being picked up with them saying my order would be ready to pick up in 20 min. I arrived at the store to pick up my order and the guy running the store ignored me for 5 minutes. When he finally acknowledged me he asked if I had an order in. He looked at all the boxed orders and finally said, I’m getting ready to put them in after I put them together. I had to wait another 15 minutes and had to be back at work myself. Losing all of my break time to waiting for him to get it together. The guy did not offer an explanation let alone an apology. As soon as the food came out he quickly cut it and boxed it then pushed it out to me then walked away like I was a problem. I didn’t complain and was patient and only ordered 2 papadillas. A very small order to be treated so rudely. This is how not to earn a tip!

Great pizza and great service.. the lady named Brianna was a great employee she is so nice we ordered pizza and she was by herself and didn’t give any attitude about it she smiled and said please just give me 30 to 45 minutes cause she was by herself

Ordered online for a wedding rehearsal, almost $200 in pizzas and breadsticks I happened to stop in to see if I could push the pickup time back 1/2 hour and found out that the call center cancelled my order at 5am the morning of the rehearsal!

The pizza was good like it always is but it was such an inconvenience to pick it up because they have their delivery truck park in the front parking lot which takes up all of the parking so I had to walk my pizza in the cold rain to the parking lot across the road I’ve been at the food was good
