I placed an online order. Got to the next screen and it said my order has been “received” and the confirmation email will be sent.I never received the email, so I’m like okay could be a glitch because I have the order number. I was in the middle of doing something so I didn’t keep checking it every minute. My husband was ready to go pick up HIS pizza and he was going to pick up mine. I checked my email again. No email, so I called after 5 minutes waiting on hold I had to hang up and use another option to speak to someone. Finally got a hold of someone gave him my information he said he couldn’t find my order. News flash if you didn’t know it wasn’t a associate at the store it was a call center I spoke too. He said he’ll place me on hold so I can place the order. I hung up because at that point I didn’t want the order. I called my husband who was already there and he said that’s odd because they told me 5 minutes. I’m like okay, well something must’ve happened. 10 minutes goes by my husband isn’t home and he calls me. He said they don’t have my order and when he asked the guy why he say 5 minutes. The guy was like I just assumed…… my husband then asked him you looked at the screen after I gave you the name and you still told me 5 minutes. I love Papa John’s but won’t be ordering from this location EVER!

Was told the employees get an attitude at night and don’t attend to you until they feel like it.the cheese bread looked better then the pizza itself, and it’s a side. The service was horrible & the food tasted dry & almost flavorless

Those poor people working there are doing their best. It was nice to see the teamwork and watching out for one another. The other customers in the place were disgusting and rude. One guy brought a cigarette in with him and continued to smoke it, while another woman yelled and shook her head in contempt because they weren’t licking her behind for her. Papa Johns should close this store, the disgusting clientele deserve a food desert.

This is the worst experience ever. Everything is out of control and it’s pure chaos inside. Pizza was sitting ready and they didn’t know anything about it. Don’t pay before pick up if you do go. Orders were piled up & they refused to look up our order and copped an attitude when we asked them to.
