Horrible experience ! I odered a pizza an hour before close. I called an hour after I ordered to see where my pizza was. They were closed but the manager told me that Papa’s call center is in the Phillipines(??) and that there were a lot of problems with it. Manager refused to make my pizza and deliver it since “ they were now closed.” My first experience and my last. Papa’s is too lame to pay people in our country a livable wage to take pizza orders ! And they don’t care if you get your food.

Just received a pizza by delivery and this is what I saw when I opened the box. I hope this place goes out of business. Someone actually put this in the box to serve to me.

Absolutely terrible experience, I ordered initally for delivery and was fine with the 30 minute wait time but I waited 40 minutes for them to cancel the order with zero message back to me notifying me why. Do not order this is not the first time I have had issues with this location, Customer service is terrible and employees are rude.

The one thing they got going for them is, They’re consistent..ly bad, I haven’t gotten the correct 2 liter from them in the past 6 orders not to mention this new flat freezer style looking pizza that they keep trying to pass off as hand toss. Something has really really hurt the restaurant industry within these past couple years because sadly, This seems to be the new norm ♂️

Update: against my better judgment, I tried this establishment again. I called in an order at 6 pm with a scheduled pick-up time of 7:15. My wife picked up the pizza at 7:05 and it was ready for pick-up. The receipt says the pick-up was scheduled for 6:45 pm. The pizza was cold and it looked like it was missing a significant amount of cheese (picture for reference). I don’t know how this establishment managed to top their last performance, but bravo, this one took the cake. 1 star rating.

I Ordered a cheese steak pizza and whoever made it, put meat meet on 2 slices of pizza and the rest was just a cheese pizza. Slices were not really cut. And the person I picked my food up from seemed like they were on something. Waste of money

Last night I ordered a papadia. It took 1.5 hrs to be delivered, even though it was made within the est. 30 min time frame per their tracker. By the time it got here it wasn’t hot, and I live less than half a mile up the road. I chopped the late delivery up to poor staffing, reheated it, and ate it. It is now 3am and I have been vomiting for hours. I do not know what happened, but I will never order from here again. I am so so sick now.

I came to this location this evening for the $8 carry out special. I was unable to pay for the pizza online (in order to get the special price) due to an issue with the website. The gentleman who helped me spent several minutes trying to resolve the issue, was unable to, and 10 minutes later brought a pizza out to my car free of charge instead. I wish I had gotten his name, but I appreciated his kindness! Thank you! <3
