Be careful anyone ordering from papa John’s pizza, my wife went to order us a pizza Sunday night, as you know they outsourced their call in orders. They guy didn’t speak English, my wife tried 3 different debit cards, the gut said all 3 cards had insaficient funds, there was over $ 3000.00 I’m the 1 account, we got frustrated and ordered from East of Chicago, Monday we both find out they hit my account 3 times and my wife’s bank account twice, we got no pizza s and now we can’t get our money back. My wife called corporate today and find out their in the frigin Philippines, BEWARE !!!! DONT GET YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS HACKED BY PAPA JOHNS since they now outsourced their ordering process

P/U order, 30 minutes late, had forgotten to make some of the order. They did say I could call in to there building to get some of my order replaced another time( why it wasn’t my whole order was confusing, but I do appreciate them trying to make it right. My issue is I have health issues and having to wait there was harder on me then it would a normal person so I’m judging a little harder due the pain it put me in)

Absolutely worst customer service. I had left a tip on my Apple Pay in store. And employee was very rude about not putting the tip on the receipt. She had proceeded to say she could write in whatever tip she wanted and my bank would not do anything about it. To me that is super unprofessional and not trustworthy. I will not be ordering from here again.

Doesn’t really deserve a star. Ordered over $50 worth of food for dinner. waited over an hour and never seen anyone. checked email tracker and said it was delivered. clearly it wasn’t. I called and the driver said she knocked 3 times and when we didn’t answer she left of on the front porch. not there. I call back. they said it supposedly had the wrong address. ok fine. why not call the phone number for the order in the first place? nope instead they left it at some random address and wasn’t going to say anything. then when the person on the phone said we would be refunded for the inconvenience and new order would be delivered the driver got mad and said “she cant have both. she either gets refunded or i remake it.” worst service ever. never getting my $ again

Terrible design of app that it tells me my wait for an order is 60 minutes AFTER I’ve paid and completed my order. This kind of wait time needs to be up front. I got there at the time the apps said it should be ready and still had to wait for carry out.
