Order a $75 for delivery and the pizza thin crust was delivered to me burnt. Call store and Ragan says ” how is it burnt” to me. I ask for a replacement and was told I would have to bring it back in. I just paid 5 dollars for delivery. I’m not bringing nothing in weird. Then trying make it seem as if I put it in the oven I don’t work for papa John. His attitude socks he needs to be fired immediately he makes the company look bad.

This place used to be great. Now it is dirty and unprofessional. A man named Randall says he was the general manager. I placed an order before 10 pm. They took the money off my card and then canceled the order bc it was close to closing time. It took $46.93 off my card and never sent food. Called the next day and spoke to the “manager” and he couldn’t care less about me and my kids being ignored and robbed by his store. (He was probably the mff that canceled it last night) He is unprofessional, lazy and he cannot have kids. He has no regard for children whatsoever. Mean and zesty. I will never order again.

They get the most simple things on my order wrong every trip. Their door dash drivers just drop your food off on the porch without notice of it being delivered. Let’s not forget how long the wait period be. 65min to 70min is absurd.

Don’t make sense not open for carry out I guess businesses are still picking and choosing what days and times they are letting customers in it says open til 10 so when I call at 830 I expect to get whatever service I want including pickup. Need to be reported to BBB, open times are upheld by laws.

15 to 30 min for carryout turned into an hour wait. I got to the store at about 20 min after the order was placed and was told 10 more mins the pizzas were in the oven. They proceeded to cash me out. In hind sight I should have waited to pay but…..25 min later after 2 more 10 min waits they had just started making my order. I’d rather drive 10 more min to another store due to this being the rule here not the exception.

Ordered my food and the wait time was 24 to 36 minutes, over an hour later, no food was delivered so I called and was immediately put on hold for over 20 minutes before the line was disconnected. Called back and hit the button to speak with a manager on which was sent to a call center. About 2 minutes into the call, talked with a guy about what happened. Was told to wait until it could be handled. On hold for an hour before the call was disconnected. Called another number and was told my issues would have to be handled with that specific store and they would have someone call in 2 to 4 business days to resolve and in the mean time to call a different location so I could order my food again and pay for it again. Absolutely not. Papa John’s will never receive money from me again.
