I had 2 steak and cheese papadias delivered and what a fricken mistake! Next time I will just go to store and buy loaf of bread!!!!!! Had to give 1 star but didn’t want to give that!!

We stopped in here for a pizza on our way home on the 4th of July after the fireworks every restaurant was packed we had our pizza within 15 min. The staff were all super nice and welcoming especially for having to work on a holiday! Our pizza was amazing!!!

Wow… No sauce on my wings. No blue cheese with my wings that I ordered. No Cheese dipping sauce with my order, that I ordered. This “extra spicy sausage” pizza SUUUREEE looks like extra, doesn’t it? Also, this is extra cheese as well..? Do the employees just pick and choose what they add to an order?! What a waste of money and a joke.. Don’t bother. There are three Pizza Huts with-in ordering distance. It may cost a tad bit more, but at least they seem to care to read the orders and what goes into them.

By far the worst pizza place in Middletown OH. Ordered for delivery at 6:00pm said an hour. After a hour and a half I call and tell them I’m coming to get it. Get there at 7:30. We’re sorry it’s not ready. How? One pizza missing that’s how. Waited for the lm to remake the pizza. And I get one hour old pizza and one fresh. They should have remade both of them. Poor customer service.

This restaurant is not managed well. Everytime we order online, and go to pick up our food, it is never ready on time. We also saw an employee, as we walked in telling another employee to “shut up”, right in front of us. It is very unprofessional, and I would not recommend ordering from here.

We ordered pizza two weeks ago and they delivered it and forgot our soda sauce and breadsticks so we put it after the driver and she went back and got the soda and sauces and forgot the breadsticks so we call Papa John’s and they said they would give us a credit and then we call today to you said credit and they said oh sorry expires after two weeks which was not told to us, and we would’ve never agreed to that we would’ve just taken her money back, so do not order from them, because they will be out of you want and you will not get the product or money back

Horrible food. It was cold and I paid for xl and only got large because they out of boxes. That doesn’t make up for the money spent. Horrible management decisions. Will never go back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The Papa Johns on Roosevelt is an absolute joke. I ordered pizza this evening and was told 15-25 minutes for pickup. I got there about 17 minutes after placing the order and was told they hadn’t started it and it would be another 30 minutes! I canceled the order and left, since I hadn’t paid for it yet. This is unacceptable service and I would NOT recommend this location.
