We are carving pumpkins tonight with the kids and decide to order pizza for the kids. I call papa johns and they are running a special where they make a jack o lantern pizza so I thought it would be fun for the kids! It got delivered (no contact ) which I have never had before and they set my food open and all in a wet soaked puddle chair on my porch didn’t knock or anything. Called the “manager” joe and he was absolutely DISGUSTING & even hung up on us over the phone. Will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!

From my experience (ordering here 2 years), there is about a 50% chance your order will be exactly as you requested and a 50% chance they will either give your pizza away to another customer or mess up the toppings entirely. When you try to call after the fact, to request that they correct the error, you have about the same chance of getting in contact with a human. We live 2 minutes away and even that level of convenience isn’t worth the hassle.

I don’t like giving reviews but this one deserves it. The pizza took over an hour and the delivery driver didn’t even take it the the right house. The address he took it to wasn’t even CLOSE. Then, we tried to call the store FIVE TIMES to get our order and got hung up on each time. Absolutely worthless. So much work for pizza that tastes like cardboard. Was not my choice to order here, so thank you for proving I was right to the rest of my family.

Haven’t had Papa John’s in a while, couldn’t remember why so tried it agian and when I got the pizza home I remembered. Nothing worse on a pizza then burnt cheese. No need for the question “why” next time, there just wont be a next time.

And to think I gave them such a glowing review and not that long ago… Smh. I spent the last hour trying to get through to the store gone through 4 remote order takers…. And even spoke with customer service I literally started this process at 9:30 and now it is 10:45 p.m…. customer service was literally like sorry there’s nothing I can do. This place keeps screwing up a very simple pizza over and over again and it’s rare that I call and complain. I’ll just try to fix it at home so long as it is still edible and not completely burnt to a crisp. I just want to use my replacement pizza on their books, theyve made it completely impossible. I would just otherwise go on the app and order and see screw it but I literally don’t even want to get in my business right now

This Papa Johns USED to be amazing. Last two times i ordered delivery, i live 2 minutes from the place, it was an hour late. In that hour it became cold, gross, and soggy. Then if it couldn’t worse it does, pizza is burnt (2 toppings) and tastes terrible. When I tried to call it goes to a call center. I went up there to mention my pizza is a hour late, “We’re sorry we are short staffed.” I do understand that, I work, thats the world right now. But i will not return ever again.

I placed a pick up order. It was canceled by the employees. I then placed a delivery order which was also canceled by an employee. Called Sean Nall the “manager” and said, its ok I refunded the money and will talk to the employee. Ahhh thanks? Where the pizza I’ve been waiting 13 hours for? F this place and their employees/management.

Every time I try this Papa John’s, it sets a new standard for the worst customer service. More than once, I wondered if I was on a hidden camera show and the aggressively unfriendly staff was trying to provoke a reaction for laughs. Tonight, it took an hour and a half to make a large, two-topping pizza. I waited for about 30 minutes in the lobby while they ignored customer after customer. No “it’ll just be a few more minutes” or “sorry about your wait.” Just pure neglect until someone could be bothered to look at you and shout, “name?” after ten minutes…if you were lucky. I live three minutes from this location and like the pizza. But I’m done with it. I’ll happily drive 20 minutes to the nearest other location to get a modicum of decency in customer service. Oh, and to add insult to injury? No garlic sauce or pepper. Again. Wish I could say I’m surprised. But I’ll not waste another minute in that dismal and depressing place to return and ask for them.
