Ordered almost $200 in pizza on DoorDash and they refused my order. What a waste of time and consideration. I would encourage anyone that wants to spend there money on a Corporate business chain to go to Pizza Hut or Dominos at-least you would get your pizza you spent your money on. This isn’t the last from me FYI!!!! if you don’t want to work just stay at home where you belong!!!

I ordered the other day and accidentally gave them the wrong phone number, because I recently got a new one. Today I ordered another pizza, and it seems, out of spite, they gave the thinnest pizza I have ever seen in my entire life. It can’t be thicker than a cm or two. Want my advice? Don’t order from them. They didn’t even give me garlic sauce, either.

Pizza was fine and workers were nice, but i asked for stuffed crust in my pizza extra spicy garlic sauce, and extra marinara. I didnt get any of that but i was certainly charged it.

Never really had a problem with Papa John’s in Boardman until tonight. Placed my order online and on one pizza had gotten pepperoni with half banana peppers and half mushrooms. I had selected extra mushrooms on the one half. I was disappointed when I received this pizza because there were literally 10 little pieces of mushrooms while the other half had like 3 times as many banana peppers. When I called to ask why there were so little mushrooms on the pizza the first lady that answered the phone was short with me and told me extra toppings don’t come through if you order online. I told her I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of this pizza and what could be done to resolve the issue. She put me on hold and then told me they could remake the pizza but I would have to bring the one I had back to the store and then pay to have the pizza remade. How does that make any sense? Then the lady hung up on me. I called back and talked to another employee who, after I explained my dissatisfaction, asked me what the problem was? They obviously don’t hold a high standard at this location.

I called to find out what see what specials they had as I needed to order a few pizzas. Michael wanted to get smart with me and tell me since I was calling from a restricted number I had to call back from another number so he could tell me the specials. I told him he was crazy and when I asked to speak to his manager he refused stating he could not transfer a call from a restricted number. I told him I would call back in the morning and speak with his manager and let his manager know how he cost them business and his tune changed and he said ” oh I said I can give you the specials”. Oh no he didn’t. I took my business elsewhere!

Ordered stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, papadilla with mushrooms, onions, and ranch on side, and a brownie. I got a super soggy pizza, and you couldn’t even see the toppings because the cheese was on top and very few toppings underneath, papadilla was dry and overcooked, had green peppers on it and I said no peppers, they forgot the mushrooms, and forgot the ranch on side. Contacted the manager of store, I said I didn’t want credit and that I called to let them know. Manager says “so you just called to complain?” Who says that? I called to give you a heads up. Contacted corporate. They said someone would contact me and NO ONE ever did. Then they send me an email asking how it went. Are you serious? A disgrace to the food service industry! Would NEVER recommend ordering from here, EVER!

Placed an order and was told it would be 90 minutes which I get it’s Saturday night and it’s busy. Was charged for the order, and then told it was on its way and delivered. The pizza was in fact never delivered. Tried to contact corporate and this locations claims they left me a voicemail and issued a refund. Neither of which occurred.
