Every once in awhile I get a craving for how I remember this pizza used to be. Ordered a medium 3 cheese pizza with extra sauce. There was barely ANY sauce or cheese! Pizza was bland and flavorless. Cheese and sauce would be much better on a pizza rather than a doughy pizza with hardly anything on it. I tried once again and disappointed once again!

I’m saddened that I had to leave a review because I’m not “that guy” (this is my 4th review in 10+ years) but, this is the 3rd time in a row (4 months time span) that my order has been messed up. Every time we order, we order garlic parm breadsticks. The first time they gave us the wrong breadstick which is not a big deal at all but the last 2 times, there was little to no butter seasoning on them as seen in the photo (3 bstix are missing). The place has gone downhill in the last year.

When I ordered from here, I was very happy I did. Not only did they exceed my expectations but the pizza was made quickly and was fresh and hot when I arrived. I had the pleasure of meeting an employee named Austin. He was very nice and ready to help. It’s nice coming into a local business and the employees are very pleasant.

The pizza is really good sometimes (when it’s done right), but other times it is shamefully bad. Like this one- virtually no cheese on this pizza, sausage all clumped up on one piece, crust taking up a third of the pie. It’s just very lazy. Why does management hold their team to such a low standards? This isn’t even during a busy time.

Quality and service has disappeared. Food never arrives on time. Can see it’s ready and not picked up for 20-30 minutes and eventually arrives cold. Garlic knots and wings arrive with no sauce. Not even worth it anymore.

Every time I order from here there is an issue I get a text message at 2:33 p.m. that tells me I can have 2 large 2 topping pizzas for just $10 I try using an online it wont-work I try to order from the store and I can’t I was told to try to call another location because they are doing a online system change And a code provided to me just doesn’t work at all online So I ask if they can just make my pizza When they get the online fixed they can do whatever they need to do with this order I was told no I have to wait an hour for the system to work correctly I said I can’t can I talk to a manager I was told I am the assistant manager and there is nothing I can do I GO THROUGH SOMETHING EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM HERE.
