Use to be a good papa John’s to go to. Our order was burnt on bottom of pizza. Should of checked underneath pizza before I left. Order was not right. We ordered two epic stuff crust pizzas and one was not stuff crust pizza was regular and underneath pizza was burnt. Need my money back wasn’t going to go here tonight. But my wife wanted to go. Do not recommend this location.

Worst store, I ordered 2 pizzas and did not pick up and they marked the order as completed and I have been going there since the last 4 days and they just dont acknowledge that their staff stole my pizzas

Terrible. They forget things from orders, promise to fix it but don’t, and do not have adequate staff during times they should expect to be busy. And the “estimated” delivery time is just lies. Will not order from here again.

My husband ordered a pizza online two hours ago for delivery. The original estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. We still have not received the pizza… Their website says that it is out for delivery. When we called we were put on hold to a recording that plays the same dumb joke that only lasts 30 seconds over and over again for a whole 15 minutes (like not even a variety?) before someone finally answered the phone. Only to tell us it’s out for delivery. It’s been “out for delivery” for 50 minutes. Will not be using their delivery service again. Will update review when pizza finally arrives…

So, our normal pizza parlor was closed so we decided to give these guys a try. Couldn’t order online so I called in. The young man was VERY confused, couldn’t take my order after well over 5mins but very nice. Manager got in phone and rushed through my order to where I could barely ask questions. I was told my order would be here in 45mins but it came in 35mins (I live 5mins from them). I had 2 pizzas and 2 orders of 6pc wings with different sauce for $53 WOW. THE PIZZA WAS LITERALLY COLD and gave me the same sauce of all the wings. Wings and sauce was ok and hot. Very pricey and very unhappy. Will not order from here again

It’s just unbelievable to me that a business as big as Papa John’s can’t figure out how to manage its Google information. Your Google My Business profile routinely says this location is open, so I go through all the effort of placing my online order, only to be notified at checkout that the Solon store is closed. Ridiculous! I have officially learned my lesson and will order someone else’s pizza.

Always great food and service here. Delivery drivers have always been professional and nice. I tried the Hawaiian pizza for the first time (bacon, Canadian bacon, pineapple) and it was good but had very little pineapple. I was really looking forward to the pineapple haveing enough presence to keep up with the bacon. I think I would add ham as well next time.

Horrible customer Service never received my Pizza, it’s on the way ,it’s on the way : that the response I was getting from calling them; and it’s a 45 seconds drive from them to my location and I called 40 min in advance…. Second time they simply hang up on the me. When call third time ,45 min after placing order they cursed…. Outstanding customer service

Double check the extra sauces you ask for. The lady double checked I got an extra sauce but sawit was the wrong sauce, was busy and just decided to flip it over beside me so I wouldn’t take up more of their time. Also jalapeno poppers, very spicy. If you like that it’ll be great lol. I like medium spicy but actually had to tone it down with the parmesan sauce.
