I ordered online through the app for pickup. My food was done on time, was well cooked, and the pizza was still very hot when I picked it up. This location is awesome have been here a few times now! Love the new papadias as well they are a tasty filling lunch for one!

Pizza was made like trash. Went in to get it and the girl gave me an attitude like I was the one giving her a bad pizza. Anywhoo. I ordered wings with it and I asked for a extra ranch and was given an attitude and was told it’s lile 70 cents per ranch. Like what? I just paid nearly 30 for a poorly married pizza and wings with a drive of drop of sauce on them. Get pizza from anywhere but here.

I haven’t even eaten my pizza yet and I’m gonna give this place 5 stars. I just had my pizza delivered by Tim. He is the sweetest, kindest, and most patient person I have had the pleasure of meeting. In 1 min this man handed off my pizza to me and told me all of things he’s done in his life. It only took 60 seconds. As long as Tim delivers my pizza I will order from Papa Johns in Parma Hts. And if you made it this long through reading this review, be kind to others.. even if it means giving 60 seconds of your time. ❤️❤️

Pretty good pizza. Delivery was an hour and 10 minutes instead of 30-40. But somebody from the store called me and said their delivery driver had a flat tire, so I got a discount and pizza got to my place still warm, good temperature to eat. Was no inconvenience for me and the woman from the store that called me was nice. But the ordering over the phone needs to improve, I feel like it was some lady from another country sitting in front of the computer and placing an online order for me, but it still took me no more then 5 min to order. (4m32s to be exact). Would be happier ordering directly from the store.
