Called to see if there was any way to mix the buffalo sauce with the honey chipotle wings. They advise they wouldn’t be able to which is understandable. I’ll be perfectly fine with just tossin em in a bowl & mixing em myself. Asked if I could get the wings extra wet cuz sometimes it’s lacking in sauce. They advised they wouldn’t be able to. I could purchase more sauce & put it on myself. A lil frustrating but I get it I guess. So instead of getting my buffalo says which I asked for on the order as well as when I called to see if they could just mix it, I get ranch. Don’t even like ranch… but I love papa johns & they’re always really nice here. -1 star cuz the bare minimum customer service. -1 star cuz I didn’t get the buffalo sauce. 3 stars cuz I love the food.

I usually order online because I receive email offers. Easy and fast online ordering, I can pay online with a credit or debit card or pay at the store when I pick up the pizza. I’ve never used delivery, always carryout, just because I don’t mind driving to get the order. Pizza dough is soft, cheese is gooey and delicious, other toppings are always fresh and delicious also. Pick up is quick and easy, employees are always friendly and helpful and hold the door open for me on my way out. I highly recommend this store.

Ordering online is so scary now days. This Papa John’s took the fear away. I can track my order, which was fast! And my delivery driver was so great she brought plates and napkins! Just love it! I walked in at about 6pm and asked about specials that were available. I decided on a one topping stuffed crust, guy said it would be 15 minutes. Almost a half hour later I got my pizza. I have a suspicion that my order was given to a delivery, so a delivery person could do a “triple” on deliveries. The guy talked about me like I wasn’t even there–“that stuffed crust for the walkin ought to be halfway through the oven,” to try and con me.

I was accused of stealing 2 large pizzas and some wings I order for pick up I waited 15 minutes with my debit card in my hand the whole time and when the dude handed me the pizza he said its payed for and so did the dude with the earrings and ponytail look at your cameras I’m the dude with the brown leather jacket and black hat zoom in on my mouth you will clearly see me say its payed for? I was there around 7 pmdon’t worry I still paid for it when they called me almost 2 hours later after it happened this is not the only time there was a problem at this papa jhons but I’m absolutely not going back. P.s the one star I gave you doesn’t count you have to put at least one star to put a review lol

Order was placed for delivery and we were given about a 50 min to 1hr delivery time….1 hr 20 mins later we decide to call and were told that they were very busy but the order was on the way….food shows up cold..cold to the point that we have to turn our own oven on to cook it. We call and were advised that its the first of the month and they are really busy……really??? Providing excuses such as what we were provided is not good customer service…she didn’t even offer to refund and when we asked for a refund..she said “okay sweetie” Never ordering from Papa Johns again!
