Have ordered here many times. Sometimes they’re great. Other times the pizza has more crust than toppings. Tonight I ordered a XL 5 topping with Xtra cheese. They did the trick of not giving extra cheese but put all the toppings under the small amount of cheese they did use. I don’t like being cheated.

The store Manager “Angela” who claims to have been a manager for 10 years doesn’t care if the quality of the food is poor. She said she can’t remake the messed up pizza and is unwilling to help any further. She also is very disrespectful and talks down to long term customers once an issue arises that she is unwilling to fix.

I think it is very important for me to mention that this review of this specific visit to this particular Papa Johns is being given from the experience of a door dash driver. I received the order on my DoorDash app and accepted it quickly. I arrived to pick it up from the Papa Johns store within a few mins of receiving the order and to my surprise the items my customer had ordered were already finished and ready to pickup and be delivered. The employee who I spoke to at the counter and handed me the items that were to be delivered was very quick, friendly and even put forth the extra care to double check and confirm the order was correct and complete before I left the store.

The manager Tanisha(Spelling?) Was very helpful with setting up a large order for my kids birthday party. Very professional and courteous. Cant say enough about her customer service. Will be making this my preferred pizza place.
