I normally don’t write reviews. But enough is enough honestly. Everytime we order the order takes 2-3 hours. We have actually had to make a habit of calling after placing the order online because they will go a while without actually doing anything with your order and then say how they just got your order in despite you placing it 30-45 minutes prior. We are done ordering from this location clearly from the reviews it is time for a change in management and service. Never have I ever felt the need to actually write a poor review for a place good job for being my first. 2+ hours to deliver a pizza on almost every occasion JUST HOW??

When paying for the pizza I put my card in and was told only takes pin not credit. I put pin in then told it was denied and needed put pin # in again. I got suspicious and paid in cash. Service was not helpful or knowledgeable in payment method.

Pretty good service, Amanda treated me very nice. She gave me extra dipping sauces and peppers for no extra charge. Pizza was ready in the time specified. Very busy on the weekends but the staff works well at getting the job done. Highly recommend this place, ignore the previous negative reviews about this location.

Worse location in Columbus. 3 older ladies with attitude problems. The largest lady with the underbelly hanging in the front, moved so slowly that pizzas baked and fell on floor, and still put in pizza boxes btw

Giving one star I just ordered there new stuff crust pizza took a little over n hr to receive and then I had to warm it up bc it was barely even warm… Dough is rough to chew from sitting so long very disappointed!!!

Loyal customer who is always over the top polite but it means nothing. If you ask for extra sauce they will put less than originally comes on a pizza, they won’t check to see if your sides/sauces are correct and when you ask the driver they just say “i don’t know.”, the email confirmation system when you order is also messed up, if you pay for extra cheese you will still have places on the pizza that have no cheese. Either the people working here hate their jobs and are taking it out on others or they are specially targeting me when they see my address pop up. Notice how it says 10:44 arrival but at 10:44 it’s still being “boxed”

I ordered a large New York style pepperoni pizza extra cheese got here there was no pepperoni in it it was cold and the cheese was hard like it was sitting out for awhile called had too wait 45 mins on hold too even talk too someone and they said they couldn’t have another one sent out because it would be anotherb delivery charge and they where too busy

horrible service . DONT TIP before you get the pizza and look at your receipt also. Called to complain about my pizza and the store blamed the call center . claims they are out of everything and the call center doesn’t know. Lady was very rude over the phone.
