Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread that said it would be delivered in about 30 minutes. Called after an hour to check where the food was at and was told “that’s just an estimated time. I think my driver just left with it.” Another 40 minutes passed before I finally received a cold pizza and cheesy bread that was cold and had the same consistency as the box it was in. I also received none of the sauces I ordered. Called in to the store tmand stated these same problems. I was told it would be made right and new food would be sent. New pizza arrived within 30 minutes with no new cheesy bread and still no sauces. Attempted to call again and waited on hold for 10 minutes with no answer before giving up. At least the second pizza was edible, but I never received my full order. Will never order from here again. I cannot fathom why it is so hard to simply deliver the thing prople order in a moderately fresh state.

We ordered our delivery food at 9:30pm, and waited for an hour. It finally said our food was being prepared for about 5 minutes, then our order disappeared. We called the store and no one would answer on multiple attempts. Finally pressed 3 to make a new order, got someone on the line, explained the situation, and we were told that our order had been voided and our money will eventually be refunded… If they had an issue of some sort completing the order they should have at least let us know. Now it’s after 11 and pretty much everything is closed. Very poor service. It’s not like we tried to order at 10:30.

Ordered our food at 10pm and was told it would arrive between 10:30 and 10:40 and tried calling at 10:55 and nobody answered and then, they closed. Never got our food. Husband drove to the restaurant and was told they cancelled all deliveries. Nobody called to let us know or anything. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. I did call and notify Corporate. Will never order from there again.

They were able to prepare two large pizzas for me in a very reasonable time on a busy Friday evening. The employees were friendly and working diligently to fulfill orders. The pizzas tasted very good!

We ordered 2 pizza’s and a cookie. They were short on drivers so THEY called door dash. After almost 2 hours we called to see where our food was and they asked us to wait 10 more minutes. We waited 15 and called back. They offered to replace the order. They quickly sent the food out but it was still over 2 hours total wait time. The food showed up but no cookie. When I called back I was told they could only replace the pizza. Any other food isn’t covered because they gave our order to a driver. They can only quality cover the pizza, not wings, cookie’s,or anything else, even though they used door dash not us. The cookie was over $7 and we gave an $8 tip. We will not order again from Pappa John’s again!

I think I should atleast get asked if it’s ok for my delivery to take a extra hour. Or maybe give me a free carry out pizza. Been like this the last 3 times I have ordered delivery. Update my pizza never showed up and I went to see why and no one is there and left without delivery. Must be nice. I will be in tomorrow to make sure I’m compensated. Thanks for no food for our family.
