Long time Papa John’s fan. Do not get to enjoy as often as I would like to due to limiting carbs. However this location has always been exceptional! Very good food, friendly staff, and zero complaints. Maybe a slight complaint would be cost but I do feel like the quality of the food makes it worth it. Whole household loves Papa John’s and this location doesn’t disappoint.

I ordered a pizza and couldn’t afford a tip and I told the lady no tip.When I got my pizza I ate a couple of pieces and I had naseau a stomach ache and diaherra. I will never order from them again!!!! I think they did something to the pizza to make me sick because I didn’t leave a tip.I gave the delivery man $2.00 .I put it on my debit card receipt when I signed it. Papa Johns is the worst pizza place in town!!!!!!

Papa John’s in Mount Vernon, Ohio usually does an excellent job of getting food out on time, and often beats their stated delivery time. Staff is friendly and professional. If a rare mistake is made, they will make it right. Food is really good– like alfredo space-based pizza! And their always seems to be something new and delish on the menu.

Waited 1hr for my food and only received half of it. When I called to let them know, they couldn’t get me anything for at least a hour. And could only credit me for the half they forgot! Safe to say they lost a customer, and papa was my favorite! Guess it’s Crenos from here on out!
