Before I even talk about the pizza I want to say this papas always has fast delivery!

I ordered through the appand had my husband pick it up at a certain time and the pizza was still hot. I especially enjoyed the bland crust dipped in the spicy garlic sauce. The Parmesan and special seasoning packets added extra flavoring to the philly and pepperoni pizza meat toppings.

No one in site had a glove on. They’re rolling dough, serving pizza without gloves. That’s disgusting. I also asked for my pizza extra crispy and it came out less than that. People in the back were to busy laughing and conversing then doin their jobs. The gentlemen in the front, very nice though.

Just wanna say I really appreciate Keylea she made my night, she could tell I was going through it. She asked me if I wanted to talk and then she gave me the best service I’ve ever had! It’s hard to find people as genuine as her. She 100% should get a raise!!!

I ordered from this one yesterday, the only thing me and my family ate. Today we woke up and ended up having food poisoning. We didn’t know what was going on so we went to the doctor, that’s what they said. It was over greasy and that should have been my first clue. I use to love papa John’s, but it’s just not like it use to be. This time drew the line, and I will not be returning back. Just make sure you eat at your own risk. Also the food taste good, but again, not like it use to. Also the delivery was super quick though, and the delivery driver was super kind. They should pay him more money.

An hour after I placed my order I called to check on it. I was told it was delivered. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong g apartment. Then they assumed I just wanted to wait 30-40 for them to try and deliver another. No, I don’t want to pay $50 for a pizza was that takes an hour and 40 minutes. They wouldn’t discount my pizza or anything. They were more willing to refund my money and not bring me anything. I would have been happy if they said my 2 liter was on the house. Any attempt to make up for such a big mistake.

Told me the inside was closed when I saw customers in there and then they let customers in after me. The sign on the door said the inside closed at 10 pm and it was 920 pm when I got there. Employee straight up lied to my face. I highly do not recommend.
