Food was fresh and delicious! The problem is when I picked up the pizzas, no workers that was making the pizzas were wearing gloves. From the time they were handling the dough and placing all the toppings on the pizza to placing it in the oven, gloves were not worn at anytime. Even though the product tasted great, it could be covered in bacteria and gloves should be worn. This needs to be resolved!

Pizza is always doughy even though we ask for well done. They are generous on the toppings but not worth it if it’s not cooked to our liking.

Food tastes great. Both pizzas we got was sliced wrong. It had large pieces and small pieces. But while waiting for them to ask my name I watched an employee that was making up boxes walk over to the counter that held the completed orders and open a box that looked like cinnamon bites and eat one then walk away to make more boxes. She did that three times while I was waiting. I don’t know if the box was hers and she just kept it there with the orders or if she was taking bites out of a customers box before putting the seal on it.

Food here is good and always fresh. I enjoy their pizzas, papadia’s, and excellent customer service. The staff is helpful and pleasant. My food is always hot and tasty. Though I wish the franchise had universal pricing. I traveled to St. Louis and some of their prices are cheaper than here (their Papadia’s). However, I would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer.

Staff is so rude. Went there for a doordash order @8:30, apparently the lobby was closed even tho I’ve come in the lobby @9 before.. they rudely pointed at the drive thru so I went to it. Then the employee kept sorting empty boxes and after about a couple minutes walked over to the window and opened it. Asked her when the lobby closed and she basically said 8 before slamming the drive they window. I definitely think if she didn’t want to work there tonight she need a different job.

As always, the pizza was pizza. The service was absolutely nonsense. My bill was 55 dollars , but when I tried to pay with a fifty dollar bill, a five dollar bill and a one dollar bill. I was pointed to a paper drawn on in what looked to be crayon that said no bills over 20. I was then told I’d have to go elsewhere and get change or not get my food.

We called in Friday afternoon and ordered pizzas for a later pick up. When we arrived the store was extremely busy with numerous employees hard at work . Shout out to the manager for her leadership and keeping her team motivated and focused. Pizzas were hot and delicious
