We’ve often had wonderful pizza from this Papa Johns, Mayfield Ky location but tonight’s pizza was awful, very little toppings, mostly just crust and hardly any sauce! Very disappointing

I love this Papa John’s location in particular. I’ve been ordering pizza from this location since they first opened up here in the 90’s. I’ve never had not one complaint that I can recall myself. They got great pies and always fresh! I recommend you give it a try then decide for yourself.

We will forever eat PJ’s! We love their pizza. Service is good too. We don’t eat it real often because it’s a bit expensive. I have splurged lately on sides and even got Oreo desert last time. I love the garlic knots. Kids love the cheese sticks.

Ordered online on New Year’s Eve fully expecting to have to wait for my order. I arrived five minutes before my requested pickup time. There were several in line so I was able to watch while I waited. The manager and staff were working quickly and the atmosphere was positive even though they were slammed. My pizza was ready on time and was just as good as always. Keep up the good work at the Mayfield location!

I placed my order at 6:30 pm tonight for supper. It said the approximate wait time was 69 minutes. At 8:30 pm, I called the store to ask I’d my order had been forgotten. He said that he was only driver, and I told him I understood. At that point he said, please understand that your pizza may be colder than expected, and it may still take a while to get. I waited another HOUR before my order finally arrived, only for parts of the dough to still be dough. As stretchy as cheese. Gooey, and disgusting. Worst order ever

Ordered my pizza at around 5:20. Its now 7:15 and along with a large line of people that also ordered hours ago, I am waiting for my pizza. This is not typical of papa johns so I dont understand what’s going on. They are just making these pizzas it seems like… what happened??
