Their pizza used to be really good but the last 3 we got were not. The one we got today was dry and hard and had very little cheese, sauce, and toppings. We won’t be going back.

I ordered pizza and was given 30 minutes with the tracking app. My family and I waited an hour and a half and still no pizza. I call the store and ask for a manager and am immediately put on hold. When I do speak to the manager she disregards everything and just says that’s what happens when it is busy. I told her that the app should be kept accurate then. She didn’t seem to care and was extremely dismissive and rude. So needless to say we will only be ordering Dominos from now on.

The Southside Paducah Papa Johns is the best. I called in an order, the Employee on the phone was great, repeated my order back to me, suggested other items, and just seemed to care about doing her job correctly. My Pizza was delivered on time, Hot, Accurate and actually looked as good as the picture.

Papa John’s has some of the best pizza in this area. I appreciate the consistentcy of flavor and value. I usually choose carry out for a less expensive option so I can’t speak on their delivery however I’ve not had any problems with carry out and I order here often. I prefer the Lone Oak location based on timely service.

I ordered a pizza for pick up and the young man who waited on me was so personable and friendly. I believe his name was Jessie. He was friendly and helpful. I don’t normally drive so far for pizza but this young man made my experience so easy, he was so friendly and kind. I will definitely be making the trip to go there more often due to him and his courteous nature. What a gem of an employee!! Thank you Jessie for making my experience so smooth. Pizza was amazing too by the way!

I ordered my food over the app and when I got my food I was told by the delivery person that they was not aloud to break a 100 that was all I had no card so I call and got told the same thing and they said it was on there app that when delivered they can’t break a 100 so my food went back with the driver and I hope that they love there free food that they made

While I understand the holiday season is hectic. The online ordering service has been working incorrectly tonight. Our order was split into 3, causing a delivery charge to be made 3 times. When we called to discuss the situation with the manager she was less then helpful and quit frankly extremely degrading and ill-mannered. To have someone SO VERY unprofessional as the face of your company is very disheartening, unfortunate and is what will give this store and company a poor reputation.

I order from Papa John’s all the time. This one particular time the wings were not 100% done. There must have been one that was frozen or one that was fatter than the rest.
