I called twice about my delivery order. Was told both times, “the driver just left. We only have one.” (Which, meant they say that to everyone instead of checking). And it didn’t arrive in time, over 35 minutes late when I had to leave and cancel. I placed the order in advance and exspected a little tardiness. But I had to go back to work hungry. Which makes me very unhappy. Just order pizza hut instead.

They are the best pizza place in Hazard, Ky. Hands down! I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend for that weekend pizza craving. Or work late and no time to cook they call ahead a pickup on way home. Curbside is great for that, trust me.

Best pizza to eat in the world. They used to offer specials for 2 large pizza’s one topping for a good price. We ordered 2 large pizza’s 1 topping of pepperoni each hoping for a special. They charged us at $15.99 a pizza causing us to pay $34 dollars for 2 large pizza’s. I don’t think that is fair from what other pizza places charges. I would have given a tip and bought a papa Johns chocolate cookie for dessert but we couldn’t afford it with the $34 dollars we paid for only the 2 large pizza’s.

I was a patient at the hazard hospital and ordered a pizza to be delivered to the hospital. I explained that I did not have good cell phone service in the area however I would have my husband down there to meet him. I was told that it would be about 30 minutes. My husband went down to the front lobby and waited 45 minutes. No pizza. He came back to the room. He called was told that the driver could not locate him and canceled our order. He ask if he could reorder. He was hung up on. He called back and was told that it would be a hour. He told him that he was willing to wait. After he hung up phone he received a text from pappa johns stating that his order was canceled again. Just lost a loyal pizza shopper. Will never order there again.

Gave my order to someone else that I already paid for after waiting 50 minutes! Then they said they would have to make it again. This is my last time ordering from papa johns in Hazard. Management needs to be replaced if this is how a restaurant is ran. Absolutely pathetic.

The crust and topping were delicious, but service couldn’t be more unfriendly. I asked for delivery to my house but they say they don’t deliver this far yet my neighbors get your pizza for delievery with no issues. I had to tell the person almost 3 times what toppings I wanted. Food is good but service; not so much.
