First time having Papa John’s in YEARS. In the past, the crust was always chewy. Tried it because of the garlic stuffed crust. Pizza was HOT when I picked it up and still HOT when I got home. I’d say that’s a plus. The pizza itself was just okay. Crust wasn’t chewy, so at least it has improved on that. Location seemed clean. Was greeted promptly. Tried the jalapeno “poppers” – definite no. Also had the steak papadilla – again, no. Not the fault of the store.

Only 1 star because I don’t believe pizza should be paper thin and collapse on itself (see pictures). And they took our order down wrong and gave us the wrong crust type on one of our two pizzas that should’ve been the same and super easy to get right.

On one of the snowy nights, we chose delivery, before it was really bad. My husband tracked it and noticed it was complete; but still not going to be delivered for another hour! Rather than having our food under the lamp, my husband called and let them know he would rather come pick it up, himself. He was told the delivery charge could not be removed, nor was he offered any type of discount, additional offer of a side item/ dessert, or a future free/ discounted delivery. In the end my husband picked up our order and still paid a delivery fee.

We order from here often. When delivered the food is almost always hot and fresh. They run specials all the time. We usually order online. This way you accumulate points that can get you free food! We’ve gotten many free pizzas or whatever we want from the points earned. We also pick up from here and they always say 15-20 mins and I’ve never had to wait. It’s always ready when I get there. If there is a problem with your order the staff will always make it right for you by sending a new order or offering a credit but it’s very rare they get an order wrong. Highly recommend!

They Forge their own tips on your orders I highly recommend always checking or crossing out the line on the receipt I tried to call and dispute the extra charges on my card they acted as if they could not do anything or refund me the amount that the driver and the cashier stole from my card. The drivers are greedy and desperate and the manager was no help at all when I called to dispute the claims and charges the place on my card. They have no penalty for fraudulent charges and forgery by their own employees. I will never order from here again it only takes once.

We order from this store fairly regularly. Last time we ordered, we got a cheese pizza when we ordered a 3 meat. Fine, mistakes happen and they replaced it. Tonight, the same thing happened. We called again. They sent out another pizza and told us to keep the first. The second pizza was also just cheese. We called again. There was no apology. They assumed we were idiots who didn’t realize meat could be under cheese (there was no meat). This time they wanted the first two pizzas back. 3 hours after we initially ordered, we finally received the proper pizza. We should have received a refund and an apology. The manager couldn’t even bother to talk to me. We order pizza weekly, we’re done with Papa Johns for a bit.
