We’ve ordered Papa Johns from both Hebron and Lawrenceburg IN. Hebron always does a terrible job. We paid for extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all. Prices are getting ridiculous and quality keeps going down. What a shame!

Ewwww oh my god this place is disgusting!!!! I gave papa John’s a chance and I was so wrong for giving this place a chance!!! I always order from dominos. Ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza and spent more money. Was given a pizza that was anything but epic. Wasted my money for a plain pepperoni pizza. Still tasted good, but the crust was disappointing as was spending extra money for something that I didn’t receive. Was really looking forward to it.

SOOOOO SO SO tired of paying TOP premium price for pizza and getting OLD held over dry crust pizza. I know the difference between an hour old pizza and a fresh hot pizza! I had this exact same problem several months ago, I called, the manager offered me a free pizza I said “no that’s not necessary I just want you to fix the problem” after months of of not ordering from them the first time we go back we get this! This location is nothing but AMAZING! Accidentally placed my order to North Bend road in Ohio, without any hesitation they quickly made my order, even close to closing time. So that’s the first 5 stars. 2nd, we had quite a hefty pizza we ordered with lots of customization, it was the BEST pizza we ever had. I’d recommend this location to anyone! Thanks a million Papas …you made our pizza night a total success!! Employees were also following covid guidelines and extremely friendly.

I have never tried Papa John’s pizza. We made an order & paid with a credit card. They said it would take about 30 minutes. An hour later we called them only to be told it was canceled by someone. After driving all day & arriving very late to our hotel, we definitely wouldn’t have cancelled our order that we already paid for. The shift manager Trisha was argumentative & did not offer to fix it. I’ve been in management for many years & they are incompetent. I would give them zero stars, but that’s not an option. Definitely not a good 1st impression & definitely will never attempt to order from them again!

Due to DoorDash being 45 minutes late my pizza was just…blah!!! It was warm and stiff and was delivered without being in a pizza bag in the middle of winter. My pizza box didn’t have a sticker over the opening to ensure my pizza was not opened during transportation. DoorDash should not be used as the delivery choice.
