I order a lot on my way home since they are open late and they consistently make everything very good. Easy to get to and park. The staff is very friendly inside and their attention to detail and quality really shows.

Tonight I tried the Cool Ranch Papadia(Philly Cheese Steak). They have different toppings such as Chicken, Steak, Beef, or build your own. I tell you, the Papadia was bursting with the Cool Ranch flavor. Not overpowering but you could taste the flavor and love it. It came with some kind of dipping sauce that had a ranch flavor too. It was good too. It went hand and hand with the Papadia. Great job with this one, Papa Johns.I would recommend this. I have to get another one soon. I’m craving it already.

I paid almost $30.00 for an extra large pizza. I requested extra sauce . I did not have extra sauce. They also gave me a thin crust instead of the original crust like I requested. The chicken tasted almost expired and it also seemed like the dough was expired or extremely overcooked. Waste of $30. Hopefully I don’t end up with food poisoning tomorrow

Horrible service from this papa johns. Placed an order for delivery, with the est time of 30 minutes. After an hour called for an update on the order and was told that the y couldnt find our town home, so instead of calling for more information or directions, the order was cancelled with no communication. When we asked for the order to be replaced he huffed so we decided to order from somewhere else.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had from papa John’s burned the entire pizza. Crust completely inedible can’t believe the cook would let this leave the store.

Dustin the manager was not friendly, I had been trying to use the app to order for 45 mins so I came in the store for assistance or to see if I could get some help or maybe just order in store he said he could not help or take my order and looked at me like a fool and walked away , leaving me to do it all on my own 🙁 . If you Hate your job get a new one . Very sad customer service. Also he never washed his hands from touching one area to another and food register and back . It really stinks I have to leave this cruddy review since I use this place alot and am a regular customer, I would be happy to hopefully be able to give a better review next time if possible . Our pizza had a huge bubble in the crust and was missing a topping. Garlic knots had the wrong sauce. Called them and manager said they would replace it and get it right out to us. Hour and half later and no signs of the replacement. This is just poor. Poor customer service, poor management, poor attitude towards the product … just a sad state of affairs.

Papa John’s on Richmond Road regularly does not get the order right. This time something simple as a 2 L that you paid for not delivered. Management said that in order to get the proper order out it would take another 35 minutes or so and was very uninterested in properly addressing to customer satisfaction and I about whether they wanted to help you or not. Before conclusion the individual or manager hung up the phone without so much is a goodbye. Will definitely take our business elsewhere. There’s a small business owner I would fire any of my staff who treats their customers this way.

So don’t get me wrong I love Papa John’s but I am beyond more than sure they gave me a pizza that was already done last night. The crust was beyond over cooked. It was not soft and fluffy. It was crunchy as if it was placed in the oven 2 or 3 times. It also had a slight burnt taste. Not to mention I placed my order than went ahead to pick it up since I was already out which I got there exactly 7 minutes after placing the order and it was already done I’m sorry but I’ve had Papa John’s plenty of times and I know somethibg about this whole situation isn’t right. I’m very disappointed with whoever was there last night. From what I seen it was 2 people. I heavy set white guy and a black guy.
