This Papa Johns has a lot of one-star reviews. I don’t understand why many people have felt that way but I’m sure they had a reason. For me personally, I have ordered two pizzas from here and they’ve always been fresh and the service has been great. The people are always working fast in the interest of the customer. I have no complaints!

I made an order over the phone for a promotion and the employee said it was valid. I show up to the store and they say I have to place the order online to receive the promotion and hadn’t started my order. I waited an extra 20 minutes to save $2. The manager Carl had no empathy to give me the small $2 discount for the promotion they promised. I would recommend going elsewhere. Plus the pizza came out burnt.

This has never happened to me with this store before but I am livid. I placed an online order while they were open, given maybe a 30 minute wait time, and I’m still waiting for my order. Also, apparently a door dash driver was suppose to deliver my order and not only did their number not work, the tracker on the car showed they went to my home and left, then it said delivered. I was able to get a hold of the store and she said the driver had picked up my order to deliver it 10 minutes ago and that was a while ago. I’m in shock this happened.

There are a lot of polarized reviews of this Papa John’s on here, but I had a perfect pizza-ordering experience with this location. Would recommend calling instead of going through the website to place an order, because the people I talked to were very helpful and friendly. And the pizza was standard Papa John’s pizza, so nothing to rant/rave about there.

I have been to this location four times and each time the employees were very kind and helpful. They helped me with coupons and never seemed to get annoyed with me. I usually go late and the quality of the pizza is amazing even when I had it delivered the pizza was hot and tasted great.

I placed an order online, entered my hotel room number and correct phone number, the website said that the pizza would be ready in 70-80 minutes. Almost two hours later we still had not received our pizza. I called the store and the (incredibly rude) manager told me that I had not entered a room number and that the driver had tried to call my phone but that I didn’t answer. Neither of which were in face true. The rudeness that I experienced was completely uncalled for and unexcusable.
