Play to much in there with the pizza dough and don’t were gloves, when I seen the young guys looking at there phone and grab the pizza dough again didn’t like my order and the young lady didn’t check on my order till I ask her to turn around and see if my order was up there I stood in there for a while waiting have pictures and receipt. You should not be messing with your phone or digging in your pockets when you are dealing with food.bread was tough not soft at all

The people working here were cool people but this location definitely does not have better pizza or better ingredients. I’m a loyal Papa John’s customer but I was definitely not impressed with the quality of my pizza . For a second I thought I was eating little Cesar’s pizza . Please make this right Papa John’s I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on Papa John’s over the years. I’m donating the last half of my pizza to my local panhandlers

Only giving 1 star because I had to, in town for work and ordered from the app, took entirely longer than I was told, food was not even warm and to top it off I wanted it delivered for a reason and instead of bringing my food to my hotel door it was left at the front desk, the driver asked the front desk to bring it up they said no and he proceeded to leave and the front desk said at least call and let her know it’s here so I received a text and had to go get it, I would have went out and picked it up and not paid the delivery fee and given a tip had I wanted to leave my room, hence the reason I ordered delivery! Definitely will NEVER use this location again! Pathetic!

Ordered a large pizza online. Online it said 20 minutes. Showed up on time and they hadn’t started the order. Told me another 25 minutes. No explanation, no apology, just an option to cancel my order. Love Papa John’s but gonna skip this one for a while.

I placed my order on the app. I walked in to pick up my pizza when the app said that my order was ready. I asked to exchange my peppercini for another garlic butter and he seemed very anonyed at this. I asked how I can put that into the app to avoid this in the future and he didn’t say anything. I am typically told that my voice is loud and I am frequently asked to lower my voice so it’s not likely that he didn’t hear me. He didn’t say anything when he handed over my pizza.

Went to pick up a pepperoni crusted pizza for my grandson…he loved it. The only thing that got me was watching the employees toss the dough prepare the pizza with no gloves, then the young man who emptied the trash and not wash his hands. Thank God he wasn’t making pizza

So I had ordered a pizza from here last night, and by far my worst experience yet. I ordered through the app like I always do, first off it took hours and I live less than 10min away, second it was freezing cold. When I called to talk to a manager he was rude and did not want to listen to the guest. If this is how they run there business I’ll never call again. I would post a picture but don’t want to be THAT GUY. So I just left it alone. Lesson learned…..
