ordered online it said 27-37 min wait. About an hour and fifteen minutes later it finally arrives but missing the soda and cold food. Try catching driver call they tell me when driver returns he’ll send it out. 20 mins later still waiting call back they don’t know why the driver hasn’t returned maybe he had 2 deliveries but not really sure. It literally took me 6 mins to go there and back to retrieve the soda! So why was my food cold? NO MORE PAPAS FOR ME!

I ordered a pizza and wings it took a hour and a half my order arrived wrong

Ordered cheese sticks an hour ago with a time limit of 25 -30 mins to get it. Waited an hour and called them just to be told it would be another 30-45 mins before I’m able to receive my order. The online tracking showed “making” for over an hour or at least it did when it was working. Customer service when I called was horrendous. Get it together

Ordered my pizza at 7. At 8:15 it’s not even made yet. Already paid, 30 bucks for pizza, and it’s not even made yet! I get that we had a storm. But that doesn’t excuse them taking 2 hours to make a pizza and cheese sticks. And now I have to wait a week to get my money back, that they took out immediately.

After waiting 45+ minutes for a pick up order they then inform me that they sent my pizza’s out the door with another customer. An all they can say is it will be another 20 to 30 minutes till mine are ready again. So I’m not over 1 hour an a half waiting.
