This papa Jon’s has canceled my order at 10:22 twice without calling to tell me so that I may get food somewhere else. And once they’ve called at 1030 to say they have no drivers and i need to come get it. This location obviously doesn’t like to work after 10pm. Close at 10 if you’re going to give customers problems. Now I again am stuck inside my house sick with no where to obtain food unless I drive to Lexington where restaurants are happy to serve. Including mine.

I ordered The Works, they said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I figured more like 15. I said I would come back, at 10 minutes before I could get out of my car, the young man hand delivered the pizza. Service was awesome, pizza was awesome. Great experience!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Absolutely horrible service! They mess up the order and then get upset when you tell them about it. We asked for regular bread sticks without the garlic sauce and still go it on there (this was fixing the first mess up they made). The manager not only got offended because “she made one of those pizzas” but also got an attitude and hung on me. They are skimping out on the toppings really bad. A meat lovers was very easily confused with bacon and green peppers there was so little toppings. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I ordered food from here along with a drink and gave a couple dollar tip. I was told after I had ordered that a Door Dash driver would be delivering the food. When the driver arrived, she handed me my food, but I noticed that she didn’t have my drink. I asked her about it, and she immediately said that she could go back to get it. I thanked her, and she left. After a half an hour passed, I called the store to ask where she was. They told me that she had come in and picked up the drink, and that she had left a little bit ago. After I waited another half an hour, I called again. I was given a credit, but it is still extremely frustrating. It’s clear that the Door Dash driver stole my drink. To simply put it, Papa John’s needs to pick a different delivery service other than the criminals over at Door Dash. Shame on that driver, you didn’t deserve that tip.
