We order here every time we are in the area. Earlier this week, we ordered a pizza with pepperoni and 16 cheeses (I think that is what my husband said). It was amazing! The next day, we were back in town so we ordered another of same thing. Since we are camping and not headed back to the campsite right away, my husband asked for 4 forks. The first young lady was going to give them to him, but another lady said you only get a fork with a bowl! Well, we would have accepted the bowls, but none given. So we got pizza sauce everywhere. How disappointing! You are aware that a lot of people come to this area from out of state, right? The only Papa John’s we like are this one and one in Gatlinburg. I probably won’t order again unless I ask for forks first. It doesn’t seem like losing a customer over 4 plastic forks is the best idea. I’m giving 4 stars bc the pizza is excellent, but the customer service could use a bit of a tweak.

The food is average like normal but the last time I ordered a delivery order I spoke to two different people that were extremely unprofessional and negative for no reason. I understand everyone has bad days but they didn’t have to take it out on me.

Not a fan of central call center then dispatch orders. And have to say sauce has hurt the overall quality. But garlic knots are a great way to avoid pizza

Went in,requested my called in order… got back in vehicle… just so happen I actually checked order before I got home.. open boxes, realized wrong order.. took back in , got my order and the cashier put pizzas that I had opened back on shelf and just laughed… they should have thrown away and made new order for customer that I opened their box

Visited about a month ago, the service was excellent. It was a fairly large order, but they managed to make it fast and right. The wings were good, pizza was great, and I enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were also professional and friendly, and told me how I could make the most of my order. I’ll be going back in the future, for certain.

I came in to pick up my order, yesterday. To my surprise, no one was wearing gloves or masks. That concerns me, I do not think I’ll be ordering from here for awhile. It is scary to think, of others touching my food, without any gloves on. No hand sanitizer, at the front door as you come in either. Great pizza, I just think with everything going on, there would be more courtesy for the customers.

I placed my order. It being the weekend they said it would be ready in 45 min. waited 20 min. Drove 20 min. By time I found a parking spot and waited in line 15 more minutes had passed. I finally pull out my wallet to pay and was told someone forgot to place my order. Is their pizza good? Idk. Maybe I didnt want to wait 45 more minutes.
