The food was hot and fresh, customer service from the person who brought out the order was 11/10, the food itself had more effort put into it than any order I have placed from any restaurant period so far in 2023. You can’t go inside to pick up your order, an you can’t call the store directly im waiting for an employee to notice me outside so they will bring my food lol, love the food hate all the hassle , if my wife didn’t order on the app I’d never eat here

Love the option to order and pay online and then using the app just tell them that you’re outside and someone promptly brings you order. I’ve only had wonderful experience with the employees that have brought my order to me.

Love the pizza! It’s a little higher than some on prices but it makes me think of school so it makes me get all sentimental. I’d give it 4 stars if the phone and pickup service wasn’t so glitchy. I couldn’t get ahold of them and the inside is still closed. So are they gonna keep the doors locked all the time now? If the only way a customer has is internet or through the phone. I think I’d make sure those two things were working perfectly. It sends across the feeling that my order isn’t very important to them. Hope they fix this soon. Or extend your delivery area. If door dash can deliver up 32 south then so can papa John’s. If I didn’t like the pizza so much I’d take another star for the delivery area.

I am normally all about Papa John’s..but tonight was the worst experience EVER. We ordered $65 in food and tipped 15 was quoted 45 min and at the 1 hour mark we called the store. We was told that our food was under a heat lamp waiting for multiple other orders to be finished so they could do all the orders at once. So we asked to speak to the manager about the fact we were quoted 45 minutes it’s been 60 n our food was chilling under a heat lamp waiting on multiple other orders. We get it’s about combining your orders and steps but to be told my order is just sitting the 15 pass the time we should have had it because they wanted to take a bunch of orders at once is not ok. When Jeremy the manager got on the phone we never even made it to the question when he hung up on us. We immediately called corporate..we were on the phone with corporate (now we are at 25 mins past our 45 min quote time) when the food finally shows. We asked the driver the managers name just to confirm it (which we were told to do by corporate while) this driver (while we was on the phone with corporate) proceeds to say he didn’t know n was not sure of his bosses name and proceeds to get smart and say he wasn’t going to be disrespected by us asking for the managers name. Then, he says (while corporate is on speaker phone) it not our business who the manager is and he didn’t care we were on the phone with corporate. WOW WOW . We couldn’t believe this was our experience here!! Never have we had this from Papa John’s before. We were too bothered to eat this food we were unsure if it was tampered with after Jeremy (the “manager”) hung up or how rude Evan was to us when we originally called. Thank God Pizza Hut is open!!!!
