Food and services was very horrible I never experienced something like this not in this area l’m very appalled and astonished, managers are very rude no professionalism my pizza got delivered yesterday evening look like it’s been dropped by the driver, I called the store to complain like any other customer would we paid $30 for this trash ! the manager was very dismissive and credited the order back. I was fine with that until all three of my children got sick from eating the Pizza they have food poisoning I called the store the following morning the morning manager who I spoke with of course she didn’t give a name was so nasty hung up on me mid-sentence telling me that I’m lying using profanity and that my children are not sick and that our pizza was never dropped . l’I never recommend anyone to eat here . Very trashy distasteful people. Horrible people working there .

Second disappointment at this location. Ordered pizzas in advance. Picked up pizzas at scheduled time. Pizzas looked like they were cooked at least an hour earlier. One pizza also missed a lot of toppings as crust was 2″ long. Sent two notes but never got a response

I’m not that type of person to complain about their food but this is not ok. I called and told them about my pizza and the general manager said she couldn’t do anything about it because I was there an hour ago. I pretty much wasted $35 on bread. I didn’t notice my pizza barely had cheese on it till I got home so make sure you check your food before leaving because People can’t be trusted anymore to prepare your food the right way

Pizza App said pizza was delivered. No pizza had been delivered. I waited 20 minutes to see if it was delayed. Called the store, and they asked if I checked everywhere. They said they would remake and send it out. 15 minutes later, a cold pizza showed up. Sad they have DoorDash delivering. If I wanted DoorDash, I would use their app and order thru DoorDash…

Literally the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. The delivery driver never confirmed the correct person and delivered my food to a completely different address. No one offered any compensation for the mistake just that I had to wait for them to make a new one and bring it back all over again.

Well I ordered through papajohns and it was brought to me by doordash which would’ve been fine but the guy spoke no english. He went to the wrong apartment and preceeded to look for eachother for about 10 mins. Finally he shows up to my apartment after driving around my complex trying to find him and trying to communicate on the phone. The pizza gets dropped off and come to find out after all that I was missing 1 of the breadsticks I ordered. I had 20 people at my house celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Needless to say I was a bit upset at the whole experience the food I did receive however was delicious and why I gave 3 stars. I just wish I had received everything I paid for.
