literally the worst experience ever. I ordered the papa Oreo bites which came burnt to a crisp and super dry. I also ordered garlic knots and they came with no garlic stuff on them whatsoever just plain pizza crust as a knot. My medium pizza was dry and not even medium it was most definitely a small pizza. Everything in the order was also very cold. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

every experience I have had at this Papa johns has been awful. I once made an order and they told me to pick it up in 30 minutes. when I got there they informed me that they cancelled it because it was too big. I didn’t get a courtesy call, they didn’t make any part of my order, and they weren’t even polite when they told me I wouldn’t be getting my pizza they also never told me my order was too big until I came to pick it up even though on the phone call they acted like there wouldn’t be a problem. additionally if you come after the doors are closed, good luck getting through the drive thru in less than 45 minutes

The manager lied to me about getting my refund the next day. Turns out in order to get a refund you have to call DoorDash and then DoorDash has to call back to the store to give you your money so they should have just gave me my money in the first place. My pizzas were flipped upside down when they delivered to me. Nobody has nothing but apologies and I still have not received $0 in my account. The pizza with tip was $45 and was not edible. I’m never ordering from the store again. Rude service

Terrible experience. I ordered two pizzas for delivery. Both showed up incorrect, and smushed as if they were held sideways. When I went to the store, the manager, Josh Mattingly was rude and not helpful at all. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. I called to address the issue and was hung up on twice. So I finally just went up there. When I arrived the manager laughed off the situation and said “you’ll get a refund” and threw my pizza on the table and walked away. I didn’t ask for a refund, I just wanted the correct pizzas I ordered.

Ordering from this store has been the worst experience of my life. I called to report an incorrect order that was delivered and I was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on after calling for the 4th time and told they were too busy to help me. When I got ahold of the manager, Ciara, today she told me my order was not in fact incorrect and she simply told me to just contact corporate then hung up on me. So there’s that.

This is the second time that I’ve ate at this Papa John’s, and gotten sick from consuming their food I don’t know why I didn’t learn my lesson the first time but I thought it was just a coincidence the second time I have learned my lesson.
