We ordered boneless wings and received mushy chicken nuggets covered in sauce. The wings were nothing like they normally are and nothing like the picture. Very disappointed being charged full price for chicken that’s obviously not up to their normal standards.

Forgot my sauces and drink. Didn’t even get the sauce that comes with the pizza. Burnt cheese sticks. They can’t even cut pizza correctly.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from this place. I’m done! Last time I got BBQ sauce on my UN sauced wings (I’m diabetic) but my pizza was BURNED! Today my wings were BURNED and my bowl was half cooked. There is no pride in their food AT ALL! I mean you have more of a chance of it being wrong than right. Don’t waste your money. Or gamble… it’s up to you.

Have ordered carryout several times from radcliff location with no problem until my last order. I ordered online and total was 30 dollars and then several hours later a correction appeared on credit card showing an additional 6 dollars applied to total. I believe an employee added this additional charge as a tip but can’t get an answer from the restaurant. Just beware of using credit cards at this location.

Tried a Philly Papadila. It was very good. Lots of meat, cheese and onions. Next time will add mushrooms! Genuinely friendly and courteous staff. Atmosphere was standard Pizza shop, and busy. Overall a good experience.

Pizza was good however aparently no contact means the delivery driver will knock on your door twice and stand there with rude clueless look on their face even tho I wrote u a note ON THE PIZZA BOX ITSELF that said to leave it on my doormat. Amazing. Might not seem like a big deal but I’m busy and that’s a pet peeve of mine come on

Robust white male employee with huge beard trying to charge me for a second package of crushed pepper after I bought a pizza. I was surprised. Never heard of it. I guess it’s why people talk about Radcliff being special.

Dont go here or order food. My wife would always order cheese sticks, replace the marinara cup with a cheese cup, add an extra cheese cup for delivery. (2 cheese cups total). They would always forget the extra cheese cup and she changed her order to just 1 cheese cup. They forgot that. My wife called the manager to see if she could call the driver and see if they had the cup. The manager told my wife the driver more than likely doesn’t have it

New Papa John’s foldable, NY style pizza is funny! Looks like the same size at the large until I did a side by side comparison with a dominoes medium. TF! Guess I paid for the NY price and received the almost large. Somebody should start running funny underground commercials just in time for the Super Bowl. I’ll act for free because I am LMAO right now! Who got the camera and the script; brand new in 22!
