We went in to grab a pizza today. Kenny was SO nice. He brought out chairs for us to sit on as we waited. The cashier was being very helpful and understanding when the card machine wasn’t working. He was a newish worker it seems and he was doing a great job. The lady in the green shirt was so efficient and got us our order as quickly as possible, even though it seemed she might have had a long day. All lovely people but make the tips on the card reader go to them!!!!!

Ok. Up front. Ignoring me was not a good thing to do. I ordered online at around 4:15. I arrived at around 4:35, and the app said “Ready” so I came in, and the employee told me it wasn’t ready, because they were backed up. And she went over and started making pizzas. 30 seconds later, the cook put my order on the shelf. He gave the order to the Door Dash guy, but ignored mine. I stood there another 10 minutes or so, went to my vehicle, and waited another 10 minutes or so. I checked the App in my vehicle, it said “delivered.” Strange. So I went back in, and was greeted. She asked me and I said I’m waiting to pick up my order, I’ve been here 20 minutes! I was irritated, as my order was still sitting there, it had been there all along. Good gravy, that is frustrating. EVERYONE else’s pizza took priority over my order. Remember—The most important customer is the one in front of you. Manager…contact me.

I’ve had gas station pizza that was better, would not recommend, papa John’s use to be good back in the day in Starkville, but now the food and service is horrible. If you want pizza in Starkville go to lost pizza or strombolis

Great pizza! The sauce tastes like ketchup, the pepperoni is sliced so thin it only has one side, it’s made with some kind of generic oil that 100% resembles oil except it has less flavor than oil.

Pretty much love everything from here. It’s a little pricey sometimes, but they deliver really late and have a lot of great promo codes and offers through their app (25OFF gets you 25% off of any order any time!). Custom pizza, surprisingly good wings and desserts, and delicious bread sides makes this place my goto pizza delivery choice.

Let me start by informing you all that if you are a Papa Johns Reward member you will not receive reward points when using third parties such as Doordash etc. We placed several orders over the course of three months using Doordash only to find that out. I would like to commend the General Manager, Mr. Brown at the Starkville, MS location for not only handling the situation in such a professional manner but also for making sure their location has the best pizza and bread sticks.
