The first time we got this pizza it was delivered. We asked for a pepperoni bacon & onion pizza but were given a pepperoni sausage & onion. They sent us a feedback section with the delivery email and we informed them of the mistake. The GM was very quick to make this right and we came in and got our very delicious & correct pizza a couple days later. Thank you for the exceptional customer service throughout the process!

Received order not hot and fresh. Called, spoke with gentleman and he hung up on me and I was not disrespectful. Called the facility back, was placed on hold by a female. I realized they were keeping me on hold on purpose, and I drove up there. When I entered the front door of the business papa Johns Waveland, I was still on hold and staff were not professional. I immediately requested a refund and gave them their $50 of Slop back. Two young ladies and two young guys were working and they did not disclose who answered the phone. Service was HORRIBLE! Papa johns is my favorite pizza chain out of all of them but this one location can not get organized well enough for me to enjoy it in my hometown. When they first opened it was hour long waits, app problems so you’d have to call in, for there phones to not work so you’d have to go in. To then be told they are out of only cheese pizza. I stayed away for a few months after that to let them get established since they were so new and the next time I ordered from them they gave away my food to someone else. So I had to stand there and wait for it to be remade. The third time I got it again the pizza looked bare. The fourth time I got it the garlic knots were once again given away to another person and I had to stand there while they remade my food again. This time it wasn’t a long wait and I got my garlic knots fast. But when she handed it to me the lid didn’t close which I thought was odd but figured they through in a few extra for my wait. When I got home they were HUGE garlic knots with raw dough in the middle. They tried to cook it to fast at a high temp. I called and the manager seemed to question if I was telling the truth. She issued the credit back to me so I could use it on another purchase later on. I wanted pizza the very next day so wanted to use the credit I was issued towards another pizza and they said it was impossible that I had to get the garlic knots again. Which is bad customer service bc if you made me raw food I’m not exactly gonna want that same thing the very next day. So I went up there to get my money back for the garlic knots and decided it’s the last time I’ll be ordering from this papa johns for a while until management is better. Not to mention they charge here for seasonings when every other papa johns it’s complimentary with the pizza.

I ordered a ny style pizza half hamburger meat and the other side pepperoni and Italian sausage yesterday. When the delivery driver bring it he hands us the pizza. We didn’t look at it til he left . I was Burnt the crust and the pepperoni’s on the pizza. I called to tell the supervisor and he told me send pics to his phone . I did the second pizza we got had more cheese hardly any sauce and no meat and I ask for a ny style this look no where near a ny style pizza . I will take my business elsewhere if I paid for something for should get what I paid for.

Definitely better than competitors. I will drive from outside their delivery zone to pickup rather than use a closer pizza place. Quick, fast, and easy. Just like pizza should be. They do not read special instructions or substitutions from the app, as I have ordered cheese sticks 3 times with garlic butter and only get the default marinara sauce. Be sure to remind them when you pick up the pizza.
