This will be the last time I use this papajohns … If I wanted little Ceasars quality, I would have gone to Little Ceasars and spent 6.99 instead of 13.19… ordered a 5 topping received 3, no pepper or garlic butter, at least it was hot … batch # 777, Ref # 300142 … at least Domino’s gets the order correct. One entire pizza was filled with someone’s hair. It seriously looked like the person had brushed their hair over the pizza. The hair was dark and about 6” long, and no less than 30 pieces throughout the thin-crust pizza. If you supplied a complaint area on your website, I would have contacted the store directly.

Very bad experience today. I order from this Papa John’s location at least once a month if not twice and the service is just getting worst. I ordered over an hour ago for delivery with an estimated delivery time of 25-28 minutes. I called the store after an hour and 15 minutes had passed. The “manager” I spoke with was very rude and unapologetic about the delay in arrival. He blames the app or website stating that the information provided online is incorrect. I asked to speak to another person and he stated ” I am the person in charge here.” He rudely took my number down to give to the general manager. I attempted to let that be that but due to his tone and aggression, I called back and asked to cancel the order (totaling $45) altogether. The delivery driver arrived about 10 minutes later. It was not a PAPA JOHN’s driver but a DOOR DASHER! He arrived nonchalantly carrying the now lukewarm pizza to my door in his hands (no heat-keeper bag, no receipt, no napkins). I informed his that I cancelled the order. He apologized and admitted it did take him a while “to get to you.” I live less than 4 miles from Papa John’s but was under the weather and did not feel like driving to pick it up. Papa John’s if you are using an outside source to make your deliveries let that be known!! I never use Door Dash for this same reason. I’m sure my business does not matter but you have lost a loyal customer. I’m sure the General Manager will not be given my message for a callback either.

Due to where I live, I usually go to the 6371 US-98 site. There, I have had… not great experiences. But, due to fortunate circumstances, I ordered from this Hardy Street location tonight. Legitimately the best Papa John’s pizza I’ve had in years. Definitely worth the extra 10 minutes to bypass other Papa John’s locations to come to this one.
