I order a lot of pizza from here quite often. It’s getting to the point I don’t even wanna order from here anymore cause everytime I get my order, it is usually wrong and takes a long time, as much as I spend, I want what I paid for. Then tonight I called to let them know part of order was missing could the lady check computer to see my order, and all she could say is “I don’t know how”. I hung up. Time to switch to different pizza place , I order pizza from here at least once a week if not more sometimes. It’s getting to where it takes them longer to deliver, and several times now they have got my order wrong. Waited an hour and a half tonight for the wrong pizza and another 30 minutes or more for them to remake my order and deliver. If they can’t do no better then that for a regular customer, then I may switch pizza olaces. I work hard for my money, I love their pizza, but I feel like they just don’t care. Good food, first few times I ordered, prompt timing. And it’s like the same order Everytime but delivery takes longer and forgetting part of order. That’s why I quit using the other pizza place. Very disappointed that some of the toppings was missing. This is inexcusable and unexceptionable. Either it came out the oven this way, and was still boxed and delivered or someone decided to help themselves. But it’s just crazy!

I ordered pizza and wings for delivery and when it arrived the wings were incorrect. I called the store back and was told I would get a credit for them due to back up on delivery. I called to get the credit and was told they didn’t do credit for wings. I explained that they messed my order up and I should be compensated. He was very rude and I will not be returning to the store in Byram.

Delivery is almost always on time. Food is always hot. I haven’t gotten my whole order for the past two or three orders and when I call, they tell me the delivery driver says I received everything. I’m owed a 2 liter Mountain Dew to this very day. They’re very convenient but the customer service is atrocious.

I ordered a pizza at 11 am on April 28, 2020, they told me they only had one delivery driver and it would be about an hour. I told them, that would be fine as I take my lunch break at 12 noon. My pizza never arrived, by 1 pm I called to cancel and request a refund. Pass poor service. I will NEVER order from here again.
