Really Papa John’s, and I waited for an hour in a half for delivery and this the best you can do? The thin crust pizza tastes like cardboard. Very disturbing at the prices you charge. Won’t order from there ever again. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star ⭐

I had ordered a X-Large The Works pizza it was cold looked liked it had been sitting out for a long time and I should of opened my box up before I paid ! Next time I will check my pizza out before paying because it was defiantly a rip off from Papa Johns and the employees weren’t friendly I stood there for like 8 mins while they were just walking around a lady approach me ask if I needed to pick up and I said yes she shrugged her shoulders looking to the side for my order receipt and walked away wasn’t helpful ! Then a guy approached he helped and got my order ! When I got home the pizza was cold the sauce looked dry like the pizza had either been sitting up or they gave me and older pizza ! I won’t be going back I can’t afford to lose money and bad service and food cold

I went to pick already paid pizza and when I walked in one of the girl told me that the pizza was still in the oven. I went to Kroger and when I came back she said the order cannot be found while the three pizzas sat on the counter cold the manager was no help either I had to call my family friend again and put her on speaker to get the pizza. I felt like I was profiled as being black thought I was trying to steal pizza . The manager was not great at all they never apologized instead walked way cussing making me look like a fool. I love papa but this is my last time eating pizza from papa I can spend my money else where this was yesterday Thursday June 1st at 5.00pm very bad customer service.

Location is not the best because of the small parking lot that’s shared with other businesses and it is near the busiest street in North Mississippi. So be careful going in and out of this location.

Driver was super nice and food was great. Only problem I had is that I did not tip on the app by accident and thought I could tip on paper receipt in person. I did not recall a check in the app when ordering asking if I wanted to tip my driver. If it doesn’t exist already I would suggest perhaps adding a check if the tip amount is 0 then prompt customer whether they want to to tip the driver. If this is possible!
