Why is my food being delivered through Door Dash? I rely on watching my delivery track to catch the pizza before they knock on the door. I also do not trust these drivers as they steal food and can contaminate my food. I will be discussing this with corporate.

My pizza was ordered at 8:15 ready at 8:30 and was stone cold when I picked it up at 8:40. Not even a little warm. Stone cold like it had been sitting for hours. I didn’t order hot food during a power outage expecting it to be stone cold! Never had a papa John’s experience like this. We always order from austin peay location and it’s on point. Unfortunately since the power outage they were without power and we branched out to the next closest location. Mistake! Won’t do that again. Total waste of money, gas, and time. Still went to bed in my cold house hungry.
