Very rude when I came in to pick up my DoorDash order. I came in stated my order number and customer name. Was told to wait until I’m spoken to or I’ll be told to leave. I will not be doing pick ups from this location anymore. I have never hah an issue before and I’ve been doing delivery for 20 years And have been in food service for 26. The unkempt beards is a uniform violation.

Apparently they no longer take delivery or carry out orders on Sunday after 6pm. Not sure if they closed earlier than that, but they are definitely closed by 6pm on Sundays.

Papa John’s is still the best pizza by far hands down. They’re ingredients I’ve always been the same so it’s been the same great toast and pizza ever since I was a kid. This Papa John’s actually has a very good atmosphere inside and the people that work here are very nice and genuine and honest. I actually ended up paying too much for my food last time I went and the guy was nice enough to bring my extra money I paid back to me all the way out to my car so like to give a shout out to that guy I don’t know your name but the guy working last night you’re amazing. Great job Papa John’s!

Usually ready before the time that the app gives you. The last couple of times I’ve ordered it has been ready, waiting, and most importantly, complete. They even got the dipping sauces right on a busy Friday night.

Worst customer service ever. We stopped ordering from here a while ago but decided to take a chance and order again. The last few times we ordered the pizza was just not good. The pizza was dry & in some cases overcooked. Not sure what’s happening at this location. Short staffing maybe. Anyway this time I placed an online order & realized I forgot to tell them to exclude bacon from one of the pizzas. I called the restaurant three times and they kept placing me on hold. By the time they finally came back to the line the guy says “yeah it’s already in the oven”. Well had you not left me on hold so long it could’ve been caught prior to. Just a waste of money every time.

Absolutely worst customer service experience ever. Employess yelled at us to put mask on. Put mask on then employees yelled saying they were cancelling our online order because our mask was only over our mouth. We then put mask over nose and mouth and they said they didn’t care they cancelled order anyway. This is the absolute worse customer service ever. Myself and my family will never go to another Papa John’s location ever all because of this one experience. Looking at these comments this is an ongoing issue that needs addressed.
