I placed an online order for delivery. About an hour later i got a call saying that the order could not be fulfilled. Im not mainly upset about the food but why did it take so long to call a customer to let them know they wont be receiving their food? And no discount was offer nor was anything done to make it right. I dont plan to order anything from papa johns anytime soon. I hope something can be put in place for a better customer experience.

Worst experience at Papa Johns ever. The “track my order” feature said my order was ready at 5:20 and it’s 5:45 and I’m still waiting to get my pizza. Not even an explanation from the staff as to why it’s not ready. Terrible service.

If i could give a zero i would but i have to give a 1star just to post. I ordered a single pizza to my hotel room, it took over a hour to arrive from less than a mile down the road. I tipped the delivery guy and before i could open my box he was gone. It was the wrong pizza, in another customers name. Called back to fix the issue stayed on hold for 20 mins for a guy to ask me if i wanted my pizza or a refund? I said no i want my pizza not a refund. After waiting another hour and have been assured my correct pizza is on its way a no show and the restaurant is now closed with no refund and no decent pizza. Now the pizza i do have is cold and horrible.

Horrible customer service, called at 7:54 to place a carryout order, gentlemen said to hold and if it’s disconnected to call again, prompt #2. Female answered the call and I stated I was placing a carryout order. She states we aren’t taking any carryout orders. I asked if I have to physically come in and place an order, she states no, we are closing early and not taking anymore orders. I’m like…why answer the call to take orders or why not explain on the first call. Mind you the location closes at 10 pm. Called the Cordova location that closes at 9 pm and accepted the order right away…at 8:15!!!

I order a pizza from this establishment. an when I got it and examine the pizza as I do all of my food. I saw 2 long strings of black hair melted in my pizza. I was so disturbed and upset, an couldn’t finish eating for the rest of the day. The manager offer to remake the pizza or refund. there was no apology. or any concerns of how to make sure it doesn’t happen to the next customer. I just don’t think the proper care or time was taken to make my pizza. I think they rushed. I think there wasn’t any proper hand sanitization went on or is going on in this establishment. You guys have to do better. I don’t think they are taking covid serious and letting some things slipped through the crack.

The store is good. I highly recommend calling the store directly rather than using the app to order food. I waited 20 minute before heading to the store to pick up our food. When I arrived was told they couldn’t find the order. I showed them my confirmation number to prove the order was at the right store. They immediately started preparing the food. As I sat down to wait Papa John’s corporate office called in my order. When questioned was told this is common on the weekend. It seems they system cannot handle as many orders it was receiving. Don’t use the app on the weekend. Call the store directly until they upgrade the system. If you don’t get the email from Papa John’s….don’t head to the store as they get the order the same time as the email. The employee are friendly and fixed my food quickly once the mistake was discovered. However, the long wait was frustrating which is why I gave them three stars.

Staff continues to be great here. Always kind and courteous, but PJs quality of food product continues it’s steady slide downhill. We used to insist on PJs as a Family over other chains, but now we just go with whatever pizza joint has the best deal because PJs isn’t anything special like it once was.
