I’ll be honest. When I heard that the kids wanted Papa John’s, I wasn’t enthused. I’ve never had a pizza from Papa John’s that wasn’t “meh” I’ve had a few that were pretty dismal. Our order last night has changed my opinion. If this pizza would have been in a plain brown box, I would have believed it came from the new wood fired pizza joint that also brews incredible beer. The crust had the right amount of crunch, I’ve always been critical of PJ’s doughy crust that doesn’t seem done. Congrats on turning up the heat without burning anything. We had garlic knots which were also cooked perfectly, but introduced us to spicy garlic butter and cool ranch sauce. I was told the cool ranch sauce is limited, which is a shame, because you can have your favorite Dorito flavor on everything until you run out. At least the spicy garlic butter is here to stay because it is legit. Y’all should be proud of this recipe. We will be reverse engineering it to use it in our kitchen.

Very very disappointing I ordered there all the time most of the time it’s not bad but I have yet to ever order garlic knots and get them anything less than burnt to a crisp and taking a swim in a pool of butter seasoning. This particular time I called because it was just crazy how much was on them and I had requested for them to not be burnt and you guys can see I’m posting before and after pictures on the website it’s quite sad they were the same.

Worker wasn’t wearing gloves while making my pizza. They had a mixup on the previous order and had to remake mine. I was fine until I noticed they put the wrong sauce on my pizza. It didn’t look like a manager was even working. Someone just walked right back into the kitchen and was talking to the worker who wasn’t wearing gloves.

We ordered and are location about a mile from this location. Not only did we wait over an hour, but my veggie bowl contained meat. As a vegetarian, this is disturbing. The response from the manager was call corporate.

I order from here probably about 2-3 times a month. My pizza has always been hot and fresh every time. They don’t skimp on toppings and the workers are always friendly to me. I’ll continue eating from here and pass up a pizza place in the little town I’m in. (Blaine) Seems a little pricey but they all are.

My mother in law got a delivery order, they messed up both pizza’s that she had ordered, and the “cheese” sticks were just hard bread. She called back and they had no problem replacing it about 45 mins later a lady called and told her that her order was dropped off there, come to find out it was a house that she lived in 10-15 years ago. She called back and they had no problem sending it out again.

Service was good and delivery was timely. Food tasted great the problem is that we ordered the new Papa bowl. At first look they seemed to be a decent size but stick your fork in and immediately hit the bottom of the bowl. Not worth the price.
