Yesterday I went to this local Papa John’s Pizza Restaurant to try out their much ballyhooed Papa Bowls. I chose their Chicken Alfredo Bowl and waited for it to be prepared. When I was handed what looked like a pizza box, I immediately knew it was going to be a disappointment. When I got home I discovered that their “bowl” was nothing more than a pizza without the crust.

Online ordering wasn’t working. When I called the store the first person I talked to would hardly speak up and wouldn’t honor my rewards. Next person finally said the system was down but hold on he would get a manager. The manager offered no help other than to take my order over the phone. He was arrogant and rude. His tone was like he was better than to help me and almost making fun on the situation. It is also ridiculous that the store can not access your rewards. ESP in cases like today when the online ordering was down. We don’t order pizza often so now my reward dollars will expire. This location def needs a lesson in customer service.
