Tried to order pizza for my employees to be sent and instead of sending a delivery driver from Papa John’s they tried to send it through DoorDash which I hate because I don’t use doordash for a reason. I do not trust DoorDash drivers I’ve never had a good experience with them. Also when I called to cancel my order whoever answered my call was super rude and I don’t even know if I have a confirmation that my order was canceled because it still showing on my account that it processed. Rude all around. Do not recommend!

I got my order wrong the other night and called the store this morning to have it corrected. I spoke with a manager by the name of Spencer and he was alot more than helpful and very very sincere and apologetic for my situation. 10/10 would recommend this store. Even if you get the wrong order they will make it right! Excellent customer service experience.

Karen is rude and admits to sleeping with my boyfriend and father of my child, she has brought my daughter’s name and gaslights me and my little girl saying we aren’t a family even though me and my family live together and are together every day and night, she makes fun of me for mental disabilities and gives out her work location like a child and told of friend of mine to meet her out front to fight. She makes the restaurant trashy just like she is for being proud about being a homewrecker and stirring up strife in my family and little girls life.

Would give ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! After ordering at 32.00 order online… at 9:50pm (per their website delivers on Friday end at 1am) and leaving a 5.00 to for the delivery driver to go a total of 1.23 miles round trip…. I was guaranteed my delivery within 28 minutes…. however 14 minutes into the 28 minute wait my order was cancelled… now according to the email, I was supposed to be called if there was an issue or something they were unable to fulfill… and of course I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL…. which I guess my biggest complaint Is they didn’t provide said courtesy call…. made me wait half the time into my waiting time (which I could’ve been submitting my order elsewhere) …. which was a waste of time for me …. which of course now I have to wait for Domino’s to delivery my order since apparently they’re actually taking orders, delivering and making money for their business…. I guess Papa John doesn’t care about losing money… that was my FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

$12.00 for a large one-topping pizza even after a 25% discount is wild. Asking for tips on carry outs is just ridiculous too but that’s the way things are now. They’re definitely not the only place that does it. It was good enough.
